General Stats *Thanks to Caroline's Chibichibi Shrine for much of this information* Chibichibi is an interesting character. If you want to know her background, go to the FAQ because it's a major spoiler and I don't want to ruin it for you. In the anime she comes floating down from the sky on an umbrella in episode 182, and first transforms into Sailorchibichibimoon in episode 187. She is, contrary to what some say, part of the Moon family. ChibiChibi is very, very small and her vocabular reflects that; mostly she just says "Chibi" or "Chibichibi" to form any sort of answer, and at times mimics what people have just asked her. In the manga, Sailor Chibichibi is also Sailor Cosmos, the pure part of Eternal Sailormoon. She looks almost exactly like Usagi, except her odanga are heart-shaped.
