Sailor Neptune is the Sailor Mercury of the outer senshi. She is very smart, calm, and she always thinks before she acts, quite unlike her impulsive and hot-tempered partner Haruka (Sailoruranus). While Sailormercury's attacks generally deal with ice, Sailorneptune's attacks are water based, and are quite powerful (ever been hit by a tidal wave?).
Michiru is also a talented artist and famous musician. She usually lets Haruka do the talking, but she's no push over. Sailorneptune believes whole-heartedly in her and her partner's cause (to protect the universe, not necessarily the Moon Princess, from all evil) but, unlike Sailoruranus, would not be willing to sacrifice her partner for it.
