When the MoonKingdom of the Silver Millenium was attacked by Queen Metellia a thousand years ago, Sailorpluto was placed into the Halls of Time to guard them from evil. Instead of being reborn on Earth a millenium later as all the others of Princess Selenity's court, Pluto stayed in at the Gates, protecting them while the senshi slept. Her existence in the Halls of Time altered her ageing process, so while techinically she is the same age as Neptune and Uranus, Sailorpluto is really a thousand and nineteen some years old.

Guarding the Gate of Time had another large impact on Sailorpluto's life: as she couldn't leave the Halls, she had no friends. Probably the first person Pluto befriended was Chibiusa/Rini as the girl travelled back to the past to get help for the future.

Sailorpluto only joins the other senshi in battle if really necessary because, as mentioned, her priority is in the Halls of Time. Her attack, Dead Scream, is whispered and will obliterate just about anything. Sailorpluto's forbidded attack is Dark Dome Close. It is forbidden for a good reason: It will actually stop the flow of time. I believe Pluto only uses it once, to save Michiru (Sailorneptune) and Haruka (Sailoruranus) from dying in a helicopter accident.

Pluto doesn't appear much and is probably the most mysterious of the outer senshi. She has a closer relationship with the outers than with the inners, but her closest friend is Chibiusa.

Meiuo Setsuna is a college student and an aspiring fashion designer.
